Welcome to the Braver Angels Colorado Southern Front Range Alliance website! Here you'll find updates on what we're up to and how to get in touch with us to schedule workshops, debates, and other activities to bring our divided communities together. Be sure to sign up on our email list to receive the latest updates.
You’re invited to our Braver Angels Volunteer and Community Appreciation Reception with the Colorado Southern Front Range Alliance on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. at the Parker Task Force, 19105 Longs Way, Parker, CO 80134.
Over the past three years, volunteers and local partners have hosted more than 30 Braver Angels events, workshops, debates, and activities across the Southern Front Range. At the reception, you’ll hear from local partners like Colorado‑Springs‑based Reclaiming Civility and St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Parker about their experiences and how they’re making a difference in their communities. Then we’ll look ahead, including a brief overview of upcoming town halls we’re facilitating on behalf of Colorado Springs City Council members in June and July. You’ll hear about initial plans for upcoming Braver Politics work in Colorado, supported by a recent three-year grant, and we’ll invite you to add your ideas about what else you’d like to see and support.
Braver and Beloved: Practical Skills for Bridging Difference
Join us for a three workshop series, hosted by St. Matthews Episcopal Church in Parker.
The Mulberry Bridge Project is a national exchange program committed to uniting liberals and conservatives in order to share common values and explore their differences with methods that will lead to acceptance and appreciation.
Our recent Share Your Story gathering was an outstanding event, bringing together people from all walks of life — including a former educator, a Department of Defense employee, a corrections officer, a writer, a history professor, and even both a DOGE supporter and a DOGE critic. We hope to host this event again in the future. If you are interested or have questions, please reach out to Chauncey Williams at cwilliams@braverangels.org.
Volunteer with Braver Angels! Connect with people of all backgrounds while staying true to your principles. Discover the power of respect, curiosity, and shared purpose as you learn to better understand those you disagree with. Help foster understanding across divides—one meaningful conversation at a time.
Braver Angels Mission
We bring Americans together to bridge the partisan divide and strengthen our democratic republic.
Braver Angels Philosophy
As individuals, we try to understand the other side’s point of view, even if we disagree.
In our communities, we engage those we disagree with, looking for common ground and
ways to work together.
In politics, we support principles that bring us together rather than divide us.
